Template creation Button and crash fix

Hello,

I have made a button that will make a new Template in the 'EasyScripts Template' Folder in 'User/Documents' directory.

I have also fixed an issue where if the settings.txt (which doesnt exist if you add the tool to a new project) Doesn't exist, some important values will be null and the tool won't work.

This should now be fixed, if any you find any problems with the tool, make a post under the Bug Report post.
